1. FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders across the United States (US). There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free standard shipping. This applies to all physical products (T-shirts and Apparel) purchased on FunnyCruise.com.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). Therefore, the total time until you receive your order consists of two main phases:

A. Processing Time

This is the time required for printing, quality checking, and packaging your custom T-shirt.

  • Estimated Processing Time: 1 – 3 Business Days.
  • Please note: Processing time does not include public holidays or weekends.

B. Shipping Time

This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the item to your US address after it has been fulfilled.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 2 – 5 Business Days.

C. Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 – 8 Business Days from the date of order confirmation.

3. SHIPPING CARRIER

All orders are shipped via major US carriers, such as USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, FunnyCruise.com only ships to the contiguous United States (US). We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications. You can track your order by using your tracking number. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
